A project that is currently under construction is a 5,000 sq. foot refurbishment and extension by ODOS architects of a stud farm set in 300 acres. The building is split into two very unique offerings. The old part of the house has seen a sympathetic and traditional refurbishment while the 2,000 square foot extension has polished concrete floors and a very contemporary feel. This juxtaposition of old and new works well as the interaction between the two is hidden behind large secret doors at ground and first floor. This leads the space to be revealed in an impressive fashion.
