High-end residential refurbishment of a dwelling in Ballsbridge. The house was in a state of significant disrepair when Trafalgar got involved. The house, built in the 1960s required a complete layout reconfiguring, as well as a general harmonisation of the rear elevation and gardens.

Along with our design partners Adrain Hill Architects and Hyde Interiors, we created a fresh modern home, one that took advantage of the southerly aspect of the house, embracing the natural light at the back of the house.

The house was also insulated externally to not only transform the aesthetic but to ensure a highly efficient energy rating going forward.
