Comprehensive and exhaustive refurbishment of a 1840’s regency style period house. Trafalgar undertook the planning and building works over a two-year period that sympathetically worked around the existing fabric of the building while also ensuring the ability to utilise the house for 21st century living. Stone uncovered in the demolition of sections of the house was reused for the new extension at the rear allowing a completely organic visual on the rear elevation.

Working with our regular stable of architects and interior designers allowed for an overarching design principle and ensuring quick resolution to the complications that usually come with a listed building development.
