Currently at the design stage of development this boutique development compromising 9 townhouses designed by MCA architects will constitute nearly 11,000 square foot of space. The design will incorporate a first floor living space to take advantage of the vistas of the neighbouring park. They will have bespoke kitchens and large balconies and roof terraces. CGI images are to follow. Estimated completion will be summer 2018.
